The cattle mature in stress-free environments, ensuring consistent quality. Each cut is butchered on-site for maximum freshness and flavour.
Free Range Pork
Sourced from local Hawick farms, our free-range pigs enjoy outdoor access year-round. Their natural diet and stress-free upbringing create succulent, flavoursome meat. Available as whole cuts or processed into sausages and burgers made daily in our on-site bakery using traditional methods.
Natural Grass Fed Lamb
100% grass-fed Texel lambs graze on lush pastures and winter kale. This diet enhances omega-3 content while developing rich, distinctive flavours. The meat's natural tenderness comes from low-stress farming practices and careful butchery techniques passed down through generations of family expertise.
Nationwide Delivery
Orders dispatch in compostable wool-insulated boxes with ice packs for freshness. Free delivery available over 100 UK-wide. Local ML postcode deliveries offered twice weekly. Tracking updates ensure transparency, with customer support available for order customisation beyond website listings.
Christmas Turkeys

How is meat packaged for delivery?
Orders use compostable wool insulation with ice packs. Vacuum-sealed meat maintains freshness for 2-3 days. Larger orders reduce food miles per item.
Are there delivery restrictions?
We deliver mainland UK excluding islands and Northern Ireland. Local ML postcode deliveries available twice weekly with free options for orders over £40.
What's your returns policy?
Damaged goods must be returned to the driver immediately. Replacement or refunds issued within 7 days. We cannot accept responsibility for improper storage after delivery.

First time purchasing from the shop and had the Turkey for Christmas yesterday and it was outstanding. Best turkey we've ever had. also the chipolatas and streaky bacon made my own pigs in blankets..were delicious. Will defo be back for more!

Beautiful selection of meat. 1st time there, I got 2 huge ribeye steaks, I'll find out tonight if they're as good as they look. Staff very helpful and pleasant. My steaks were absolutely fantastic, thank you so much I will certainly return
