Retired gentleman helped me out with the reading of my mother's will..it did upset me, that she did not care of love me enough to receive a quarter of her estate...but brothers..the old saying goes: What goes around, comes back around to bite you both hard hopefully on your finances!!!

Extremely disappointing this morning. Rang to see could I get help with a legal issue regarding my home and the person who answered the phone told me to go back to the solicitor who I dealt with to purchase the home regardless of the issue that that firm I have had no previous dealings with bar the fact the mortgage provider made us use them. So thinking I would contact a local firm and give them the business I was as much as told as they didn't want it. Not the first issue I have had with this customer service of the firm before having rung them about probate for my grandmother's will and been
