If I could I will give 0 stars! I choose this firm because of the good reviews and a lot of people having good experience with them. Not the case here. I just emailed my solicitor and I got back an automatic reply saying stating that is in annual leave and will return to the office on the 4th of January! The solicitor didnt let me know about this and I really needed her. The solicitor name is Gemma White. Now everything will be delayed because she didnt had the decency to sent an email beforehand.
