Wilson Nesbitt were appointed by the bank my remortgage was with as this was included in the service, and I was impressed with the service received. Wilson Nesbitt strung us along for 6 years running up enormous legal bills which they didn't keep us informed of. FOUR different solicitors handled the case during that time because their staff constantly move on to other companies (which I think says a lot). They didn't inform us when staff left and we were left sending emails etc without reply. They organised after the event insurance but failed to tell us our legal costs had far outrun its cover. When we eventually got to court we were told that we had to accept any offer as otherwise the insurance wouldn't cover us. The barrister misrepresented
