
Established in 1983 Belinda's Master Bakers operate 2 shops and a bakery on the south coast of England in Hampshire and Dorset. Belinda's shops specialise mainly in bakery goods such as bread, rolls, flour confectionery, pastries and tea rooms. Belinda's also make speciality cakes such as wedding cakes, birthday cakes, christening cakes etc. and offer catering for events.

Belinda's is a family run, traditional craft bakery on the outskirts of the New Forest, founded in 1983 and run by Peter Ellis, his wife Ruth and their children. Peter is a Master Baker. He had his first contact with the baking industry when he left school aged 15 and went to work for a family run bakery in Essex.
Our Flour

A good loaf is made by a good baker, with good technique and good equipment - but a good loaf begins with good flour, and Belinda's Bakery has always used the best: Wessex Mill. It too is a family run business, albeit one with a much longer history, dating back to 1898. Most notably, the Wessex Cobber won two stars and the Strong White gained a one star award.

We provide catering for Southampton, Ringwood, Bournemouth, Wiltshire, Hampshire and Dorset. Belinda's cater for all sorts of events and parties large or small. From wedding catering to birthday party catering, catering for funerals to catering for private parties and events.
