The Slinky Fox produces mouth watering Artisan wood-fired pizzas. We use authentic Italian ingredients because maintaining Italian traditions is at the heart of what we do, so think Neapolitan with room for debate, in order to keep Neapolitan purists on side. We combine delicious heritage ingredients such as Caputo flour for our dough, Pelati tomatoes in our sauce to gain depth of flavour and fior di latte mozzarella.
Where possible we source all the ingredients for our toppings from local suppliers to reduce the impact on the environment. We slowly ferment our dough and hand stretch each pizza to order which are then cooked in our Amodio wood-fired oven, giving them their unique flavour. We provide bespoke wedding packages in collaboration with the Bride and Groom so that you get the experience and food package that your special day deserves.

After undertaking a number of jobs but never being fulfilled or passionate about any of them, I decided to open The Slinky Fox in 2016. My passion lies in making great tasting artisan pizzas that display my love for simple, high quality ingredients, sourced as locally as possible.
For centuries, pizza has delighted and tantalised people, it has been at the centre of conversations, debates, sports matches, break ups and just about every other scenario you can think of.Pizza is much more than just a bit of dough and some toppings, it's enjoyment, it's elation, it's despair, it's joy, it's fun, it's anticipation, pizza is whatever you make it but we believe it's your own little slice of life!
