Webster Family Butchers is owed by husband and wife team Kane and Carly Webster. In 2015, we opened our first store in Winton and due it's growing popularity opened another in Southbourne a few years later. As an independently owned business we are dedicated to providing the best British produce from small independent farms who share our commitment to provenance, welfare and exceptional quality.
Over the last five years we have handpicked some of Dorset's best butchers to ensure everyone receives friendly customer service and is able to access a wealth of knowledge to get the best out of their meat. At Webster's you'll find a full selection of grass fed beef as well as free range lamb, pork and poultry which is prepared fresh everyday.

Our beef is grass fed and aged for at least 28 days giving it a good natural marble and a succulent taste. All our sausages are made from free - range meat and priced at 8.99/Kg (excluding specialty flavours such as Boerwors). All our game is seasonal and sourced from The Dorset Game Larder who supply a variety of game from local Dorset shoots.

All our poultry whether it be chicken or turkey is sourced from high welfare farms such as Fosse Meadows that provide them with large open spaces to roam freely and behave naturally; meaning we only sell happy, healthy birds! All our game is seasonal (available October to March) and sourced from The Dorset Game Larder or the Cranborne Estate who supply a variety of game from local Dorset shoots.

Home deliveries are available to customers on orders over 20.00 (2.00 delivery charge applies) within a 10 mile radius of our Winton store. We also offer a 'Click and Collect' service if you'd prefer to collect your order. Orders must be placed before 10am to qualify for same day delivery or collection, for orders placed after this time Webster's will contact the shopper to arrange delivery or collection.
Butchery Classes

Unfortunately we have had to postpone our Butchery Masterclasses. If you have booked a class you will contacted in due course and offered a refund or the opportunity to re-book at a later date. All our classes start from just 70.00 per person (excluding beef classes) and include a delicious two course meal, refreshments and your meat to take home plus a prize for the 'star pupil' presented by the master butcher.
