16oct21 I had dropped off my vehicle the day before and picked up my vehicle later in the afternoon yesterday (15oct21) from Drive in Automotive in Portsmouth.
Clerk and mechanic Mario is wonderful and provides honest and customer-friendly explanations as well as suggestions on my necessary MOT repairs. Excellent customer service! And reasonable costs as well. And thank you to the other mechanic who attended to my car. I highly recommend this car repair shop. I give out of five stars, a 5.

I booked an MOT and service via their web booking software, very friendly. MOT was completed without any problems and interim service was completed too. They even respected that I struggle with phone calls and texted / emailed when my car was ready. I'll be back next year for my MOT.

Needed to bring back a car from Spain with an expired MOT so booked here as it's close to the ferry port. They were helpful on the phone and even more so on the day. Honest, friendly and efficient. Can't ask for more, highly recommended.
