Customer service was good, mechanics display a good level of competency. However, an MOT and service on a 1L Toyota Aygo should not cost 341.28, no matter if its a full service or not. Shall be going somewhere that doesn't insist on pricing out local customers next time.

I had used Phillips for years and was very happy with them. Great service, work, and advice, even if it did come at a price. However, over the summer I took my car for a service (costing over 600), when the radiator pump valve (?-warning, I don't know about cars) Was replaced. All seemed well, until I was driving up to Liverpool for work a couple of days later when my car broke down is glorious fashion in the M62 in June/July. Since I was in the fast lane in peak traffic at the time of breakdown, it took a short while to weave between cars and lorries safely and get into the hard shoulder, all

I needed work doing at short notice, Phillips were recommended to me and didn't disappoint. I dropped my car at 9.30 and it was finished by lunch. They were all very friendly and fairly priced. Happy customer
