I booked a general service online which I assumed was straightforward and received a call by a very angry man asking what I wanted exactly. He was extremely rude and I felt too uncomfortable to go in with my car.

Had a very bad experience at this place.
Went there to change the 'indicator knob switch' of my Toyota Aygo. They Quoted 250(parts and labour). I thought that was a bit expensive for just the knob.
Phoned Toyota and booked an appointment (Parts:98 and labour:50). The mechanic was also very annoyed and irritated when I asked him to show me the exact parts that needs changing. He eventually did it , but tried to open a different car(Aygo: different colour) with my key thinking that it is mine.
Makes me wonder if they have even checked my car before that ( They did not forget to charge 18
