Excellent service - I've used Mill Road Motors for three years now , for both our family cars and they have without fail dealt with us extremely professionally. They are polite, honest (wouldn't charge when removing a stone which was causing the noise I was worried about), prompt and I trust them to do what is necessary and without over-charging. I would recommend them to anyone.

Parked to enquire about work on a motorhome - parked along the public highway which the garage obviously uses to store its customers cars - (although some looked like they had been there a very long time and so im guessing are sorned ) was met by a very rude small older man (who i assume is the owner of the garage) who was nothing but abusive, rude and very unhelpful - will certainly not be booking my motorhome in - avoid like the plague

Extremely rude service from the entitled grumpy older gentleman at the front desk. The mechanical work was actually quick and cheap the first time and no complaints for work itself. MOT was cheaper elsewhere though and necessary with me being a student on a very tight budget, so never made plans to have MOT here too. After MOT, I returned to ask for a quote and was actually quoted prices only for the old gentleman to turn around and refuse to serve me as I had used someone else for the work. That was after politely explaining my situation and why I have very little to spend on the car, while also

Robbed my father in law blind and took 7 weeks to fix his car. It took over a month to start with then it had to go back as I discovered they fitted recon parts not new as requested (and paid for). Rude. Lied on the phone repeatedly that it was in the workshop being done - when I went to check it was dumped at the side of the road. Then we discovered it hadnt been repaired with new parts and went back again. When I compained they called my father in law a liar. He was a regular customer too of several years standing. Not any more. Avoid.
