Clean and tidy. Reception at another hotel a couple of doors down. Found it noisy but I don't live in London so expected it to be. No milk in fridge but luckily work colleagues had one spare. Didn't use shower but bathroom was fair. Could do with a bit of decorating in places . But it was fine for the money and quite central . So easy to catch tube, bus etc

The first impression was really bad. They wanted to charge me 10 extra for helping me carry my suitcases up the stairs because there is no lift. I negotiated it down to 5. The cleaning ladies were very nice which made up for the first impression and the elderly gentleman was also very nice. My stay was okay. I really liked how the ladies would knock on your door until you answer. It's good because God forbid if something is wrong with you they will find you.

Awful. Never staying again, bed was messed up when I got there, skid marks on the toilet? Does not come with any facilities that it says online. Do not recommend at all.
