The body is incredibly adaptive and we see amazing changes even in people who haven't moved their bodies for a long time. We are all stronger than we think we are! But really, yoga is about going inwards, letting go of the monkey-mind and enjoying what our can bodies can do right now. And as we become fitter and more flexible on the mat as well as in the mind, this new found agility and poise begins to seep into regular life too.

We can help with yoga breathing and asana (yoga postures) to reduce stress and anxiety, as well as improving your fitness, mobility, strength and flexibility.

We offer free Yoga for family Carers registered with Birmingham Carers Hub, both online and in person at our studios. A Carers 10-Class Yoga pass gives you access to any of our regular classes (beginners to experienced), 7 days a week. These services are brought to you in partnership with Birmingham Carers Hub.
