Unite Yoga

Lovely Family Yoga session from Sarah. Both funny and relaxing and great to spend time with my little girl doing something so fun! Sarah ran a yoga session for my daughter's birthday party today using a dinosaur theme at our daughter's request. The session was amazing and was my daughter's favourite bit of her party (even better than cake!)

Having never attempted yoga, I joined Sarah's Friday morning classes at the beginning of January with trepidation! I needn't have worried as Sarah and the whole class made me feel very welcome. Everything is explained, with a variety of alternatives for all abilities. I love the classes and would thoroughly recommend to anyone who is contemplating yoga but feels a little bit reticent.
