We were very impressed with Charlotte Parker and her team who looked after us while buying our next home. They were all extremely professional. Buying a house is not a fast process but she set our expectations and was able to make the process as smooth as possible. She also took the time to explain some of the areas that would likely cause us delays or issues. Overall an excellent service.
