I opted for Latimer Lee as I was able to obtain a transparent quote online. I had no time to make trips to a firms offices and therefore remote management suited my needs (transfer of equity).

I used Latimer for the conveyancing on the sale of my house and although the process took longer than I was expecting or hoping, I cannot fault the efforts of Debbie (Wrigley). She was responsive throughout the process and while often frustrated by delays caused by the purchaser's solicitor, did everything within her powers to push for early completion. Professional and very friendly, I would have no hesitation in recommending her!
