I used Bannister and Preston a couple of times many years ago and had a good experience so came back recently for a property transaction. My case was allocated to one person, then she left and it was given to another worker who then also left which was very frustrating as I didnt know what was happening. I also have a friend who has used the company and she has told me she was in the same situation with her case handler leaving and this was a different name to the one I had. I dont think it is a good look for any company to have so many staff that are leaving. The people I have spoken to
