James Duggan just supported us with a mortgage refinance in record time. The communication, largely digitally, was very good, including the JMW app which made it easy to follow the required steps and know when the ball was and was not in your court. Sad to have bad experience with JMW. I live in Singapore, recently my property going in the stage of completion. This is my first property purchase in UK and i need guidance. But the lawyers are not helpful and not responsive to questions at all. I thought getting a bank loan is the most time consuming and difficult part, but ended up is my own legal representative is the one causing most of the delay and make me feel like I am alone. Back to early days of purchase, I noticed that the floor plan in the contract is different from what it supposed to be. I didn't sign it and trigger them a few
