Aug 26, 2021 Report
Called them as my usual saddler was so busy. I had a saddle that I knew didnt fit and was looking for a proper fitting and a likely new saddle. The ladies bickered constantly throughout the appointment. Whilst I was prepared to be told I needed a new saddle they said the existing saddle wasnt too bad. Prescribed saddle pad for existing saddle to improve fit. 6 weeks later horse has very sore back and is bucking in canter. Chiropractor called and confirms saddle too tight and tipped back because of saddle pad. Did not appear to template when here either. When challenged, they had every excuse
