Having joined this Surgery/Health Centre recently, I just wanted to say how wonderfully kind, caring and helpful the staff are (Janine, Dr Bera, Dr Shafi, Rozana, Dr Ajmal, Ede, Faiza, Tara, Lesley, Pat, Jo, Vicky, Lucy & Natasha - if I've forgotten anyone's name, my apologies). The reception team answer the phone in a polite and caring manner and deal with any problem or concern I have promptly and thoughtfully. The doctors and physicians associates are highly skilled, and also caring and very professional. They assess the problem carefully and carry out any necessary tests or investigations

Our family registered with the Cressex Health Centre about one month ago. Since day one we have received excellent patient care and service from the Doctors, Medical Team and the Reception Staff, who have been very helpful and supportive and understanding of our medical needs. This review is not about the doctors or nurses but lack of safeguarding. Unfortunately despite saying on day 1 that I have a dangerous and abusive "mother" I have nothing to do with, they've not once but twice changed my contact details to hers despite being allegedly careful and have no interest in cooperating with authorities to prosecute. Even lied and told the police I changed it myself with ID! Any complaints have occasional replies that don't address the original points and turns it around on you to avoid responsibility.
