Friendly personal service is what makes Andrew's special. Whether you want to know what kind of bacon your mum picked up last week, or which farm our beef has come from, we're here to help. For those new to cooking or the nervous vegetarian cooking for the family, we are always on hand to explain how each cut is cooked differently, and how each product should be preserved best; all you need to do is ask.
Meat

Our meat counter is always well stocked with a range of the most popular sized roasting joints, steaks and chops. We're always happy to prepare a piece suited to your needs, whether that's enough for one or enough for a party of 12 and more. The same goes for those cuts you rarely hear of. As we prepare all of our beef, lamb and pork from carcass, the likelihood is that we have what you are looking for in our fridge.
Beef
Report
We work closely with local beef legend, Charlie, to select the best beef that high welfare farms in Norfolk and Suffolk have to offer. Once in our safe hands, we hang the produce in carcass for at least 21 days before our skilled butchers prepare into fresh roasting joints, steaks, and mince throughout the day.
Lamb

Perhaps the most seasonal meat, we source lamb from a variety of farms in East Anglia to consistently provide tender and delicious lamb throughout the year. Cut from carcass in our shop we can advise you on the best cuts and cooking methods for the time of year. Beautiful roasted or barbequed, can be served just pink to well done, butterflied (de-boned) on request.
Chicken

Our more economical Farm Fresh Chicken, from Stowmarket Suffolk, is what we call our happy chicken! Reared in big open barns with space to exercise and fed on a natural diet, they are an excellent quality chicken for the everyday. We also sell the Sutton Hoo free-range chicken, revered by many for its delicious full flavour.
