The Sausage Shop offers a huge range of real sausages and other premium butchers produce, all made on site. Whether you're after traditional pork sausages for your barbecue, a pork and bacon sausage for your breakfast, a herby sausage for bangers 'n' mash, or something with an unusual twist, The Sausage Shop has got a sausage for you!
As well as a range of around 20 speciality sausages, including pork and stilton, special Cumberland, lamb and mint and Cajun, we also cater for special diets, including gluten free and slimmers sausages. All of our sausages have a minimum of 80% meat content (except Boerewors). The Sausage Shop runs on customer demand - many of our varieties have come about from requests from customers.

We make approximately 50 different varieties of sausage and you're welcome to try buy before you buy. With many years experience in the traditional art of sausage making, all of our sausages are made and linked by hand at our Trimley St. Martin premises. If you like your sausages as they used to taste in the good old days before mass production, this is the banger for you.
Burgers

At The Real Sausage Co, we're as serious about beefburgers as we we are about our other quality meat products. We offer a selection of speciality flavoured burgers which are ideal for bringing some variety to your barbecue. 80% beefburgers - Approximately 4oz per burger - proper beefburgers, they taste like they ought to!
Pies

The Real Sausage Co. also sell a selection of pies that are packed full of flavoursome premium meat fillings and expertly made pastry. We stock a variety of pies, all are available as an individual serving and some varieties as a large plate pie for sharing round the dinner table. We also stock pork pies (small, medium and large) in addition to seasonal specials.
