Another update; Yet another letting agent that is not aware of the Tenant Fees Act by trying to get you to pay for unenforceable costs. Want you to use a professional cleaner, but, can't even use one themselves. This is dropping the 3 stars now to 2. Originally was a 5. Your "average" agents. By this, I mean they do what is barely legal and superfluously profitable and nothing more. They took 6 hours to even bother "trying" to get a waste expert out when my sewage backed up, despite acknowledging the concern 7 hours earlier. I had to pay for a drain expert to come out who just got here in time

Our letting was undertaken quickly and professionally with Belgarum. We recieved good advice and an appropriate rent level was agreed.
