Very quick to find us a property and take the deposit, however very disappointing in the way they treated us at the end of our tenancy. We gave the agreed 2 months notice to vacate the property, paid all our rents on time, and then was informed by the deposit scheme that the letting agents had not agreed to release our deposit . We therefore agreed to arbitration with the deposit scheme but the agents refused, they only agreed to arbitration 7 months later when they had run out of time to take us to court. After a further 4 to 5 months the independent arbitration team decided in our favour stating

The worst letting agency in the area!!! I booked a flat in Eastleigh (Drum road) from Nick. At first he was friendly and helping. But after a while he started to take advantage of the fact that I needed a flat ASAP. He promised carpets will change, never happened. He tried to charge me for broken shower hook (which was broken when I moved in). He was doing all he can to keep my deposit. When I was leaving the property he wanted to keep some of my furnitures and curtains, claiming "I should leave them in the flat". Which I paid for and never was in the contract. I disagreed.
