Meet Our Team

Dryclough Manor is run by our super efficient, wonderfully compassionate Care Manager, Charlotte Goodwin. She has a wealth of experience in nursing dementia care as a Duty Manager for several years, holds a Registered Managers' Award, NVQ5 in management and has recently joined our wonderful team to lead Dryclough Manor in its quest for excellence in all areas.

Our goal is to support individuality and independence and to encourage you to exercise choice in all aspects of your care.
Health and Well-being

The prime objective of our home is to promote and foster health and wellbeing. On admission of each resident, an assessment of need is performed by a senior member of the care team, from which a Care Plan is created. Residents, their relatives and doctors are offered and encouraged to participate in the drafting of their Care Plan.
Bedrooms
Report
Most of our forty bedrooms are single occupancy, ensuite and have their own individual characteristics, so each one is as unique as its resident. All rooms are bright, spacious, attractively furnished and are equipped with telephone points and a nurse call system. You are welcome to choose your bedroom from those available and you're invited to personalise it with your own ornaments and pictures, so that you feel truly at home.
Lounges, dining and communal areas

You will be spoilt for choice at Dryclough Manor, with our three lounges and sitting areas, where you can relax in style. The many windows in our restful and beautifully redecorated main lounge allow views to the picturesque lawns beyond. The display of lovely pictures adds to the inviting and homely feel, whilst the large flat screen television, DVD player, high quality sound system and library of books provide recreation and entertainment.
