Kind compassionate staff, clients and their relatives treated with respect during these very difficult times for the care sector. Excellent support with local GP practice. Every effort is made to entertain residents and support their families. Extremely warm and supportive carers who always go that extra mile.

We would not recommend this care home and have serious concerns re the manager, Shaun Morrissy and the appalling way he dealt with a matter concerning a relative. Our concerns have been raised with relevant bodies and will be pursued. On a more positive note. The other staff that we came in to contact with at Amberley were all lovely.

I do not recommend this care home. Conduct of manager is a real cause for concern. We are pursuing more formal routes re this. In being a, balanced review the rest of the staff are, lovely.
