Awful place as soon as you walk in you can smell urine, corridors tiny and dark. Dining room is so small not sure how they all fit in there to eat.
Bedrooms are tiny and dont even have there own private bathroom or toilet staff seem rude and not welcoming at all. I am devastated my grandmother is here but the choice was not mine to make unfortunately. I would strongly suggest not to bring your relatives here

Staff - Warm, friendly and welcoming. Very dedicated and helpful and caring towards residents and visitors.
Activities - Staff work really hard to encourage and stimulate residents. Excellent group activities and varied entertainment. Food - Always goes down well.
Beef cobbler is grandad's favourite. Great choice on the menu, every mealtime. And lots of tea and biscuits.
Lastly - THANK YOU! To all of you.
Ps, I left a review on carehomes.co.uk in may18 but i noticed a slandering review which was untrue. So I have left a true review on Google too.

I went to visit my great uncle and I was pleasantly surprised staff greeted me with a warm and welcoming attitude.. my great uncle is very happy here an each time I visit the staff are lovely and well mannered. They make sure every guest and resident feel comfortable. My personal opinion is they don't get enough credit the residents including my uncle are very well cared for and the building is spotless. I would recommend this residential home to anybody.

My grandad was in there, unfortunately he has gone. The staff in there was amazing always cheered him up when he was feeling low and just even sat with him so he didn't feel alone. The other resident are so kind as well when I would go visit my experience there was amazing everyone so friendly and welcoming. My grandad bedroom was always clean and he loved it there
