Excellent response from Shane, very punctual, professional and friendly, had my broken door lock fixed in no time and helped me with another lock that needed adjusting. Cannot rate the services highly enough. Would not hesitate to use again.

Gave an estimated time of arrival which was already pretty prompt, but then called to say could be there earlier if suitable, so really happy with the response time. Professional and cheerful on the job. Went beyond making the fix and solved a couple of other issues we'd had at no extra cost. TIDIED UP AFTER HIMSELF - seems an odd thing to highlight, but wouldn't be the first time we've been left with a mess after calling out tradespeople
