
Having grown up by the ocean, with a passion for all kinds of sport and physical culture, it was a natural progression for Diego Core to focus on the world of sports and science and then to integrate his passion and knowledge to develop an holistic approach to optimal health. Over the past two decades Diego has participated in a number of courses at the most respected institutes and coaches in the field of health and movement.
His knowledge, enthusiasm and the serious study of health as the basis for a celebratory attitude to the embodied life - have come to fruition at his corrective exercise, movement teaching, flow, strength & conditioning and health lifestyle in his Movement Clinic in Marylebone/ London called The Field - Training Lifestyle Centre.

Primarily, The Field is a place where you can relax and feel at home, but is also a 3000sq meter space devoted to the optimisation of your lifestyle, heath and performance. Apart from reception and changing rooms, there are three main areas: the gym, a pilates room and a massage treatment room. With its Moorish tiles and arches, the gym itself may also be one of the most attractive and unusual in London.

We combine training, nutrition and lifestyle programmes that will get you there. Although this might sound glamorous, it will require your courage to change and determination to evolve physically and mentally. It will be hard, it will be a challenge, but we will get you there. Our approach to teaching movement is to help your body move constantly and gracefully to reach a state of flow ( active meditation through movement). The ability to move efficiently is a hidden potential in everybody.
Strength and Conditioning

The physical transformation of your body depends on its ability to master complex movement. The greater the body's mastery of movement, the greater the body develops its capacity to generate control, flow and strength. In our modern, technology-driven world we have been duped into believing that the only way to change our bodies is by using boring machines that dictate and restrict our bodies' natural movements.
