My wife and I initially asked John Fowlers for a quote for conveyancing, following on from seeing an advert with the local football team and reading positive reviews. The service was extremely responsive and friendly from the moment that we requested the prices. Our initial hope was to beat the stamp duty deadline and the solicitor allocated to our case (James) did absolutely everything within his power to push this through for us. Despite a few setbacks which were outside of our control, Fowlers ensured that we were updated throughout the process and made us feel comfortable, reassured and confident

It really doesnt get much worse than conducting local searches on the INCORRECT property address and not even noticing, even going as far as arranging exchange! Yes this is what we have had to suffer at the hands of JF, our buyer unfortunately instructed them to do the conveyancing. We were given a deadline of several weeks for the local searches to come back, despite the fact the Local Authority had a turnaround time of just 2-3days. Still we waited patiently... Fast forward several weeks to the day of reckoning and they claim searches are back, ready to exchange. Arranged this and applied

I would really recommend to use Lauren at John Fowlers LLP for selling/buying your property. We have used her twice now and both times the level of service has been exemplary. I used John Fowlers services for litigation during my divorce process that took good 3 years to complete. Daren Vythilingum was my solicitor. We initially had to overcome children custody issues and then the financials piece. I have to say that the assistance I received allowed me to successfully navigate through these turbulent times and the professional advice could not have been better. I am very satisfied with the outcome and I would strongly recommend them for anyone having to go through this process.
