Communication was good, always very courteous but we did have to repeat form filling and answering questions that we're the same on several occasions. Some mistakes that then took time for us to then re-do forms and signatures etc. We we're pleased that we could get a fixed up front fee calculation so knew what things we're going to cost in advance.
