Very disappointed with the service. Whoever the receptionist was on 22nd dec was very rude and abrupt, I think they need to do a customer service course! It seems there may be a couple of good solicitors there but the guy I had almost made the other party take our deal off the table. They never contacted me without me prompting them with an email. A lot of money for and stress for something that could have been solved quite swiftly. Also I should have received my document today to allow me to proceed with closing utility accounts which, unsurprisingly I have not received or had a call or email

We were advised to use Kerseys as our seller was also using Kerseys and this would make the process smoother, our experience was the complete opposite to smooth. Edward Thomson was dealing with our very straight forward house purchase. Very poor service. Only contact we received was after we had chased (often several chases were needed). Rude over the phone, once answered the phone whilst eating!
No proactivity at all, I had to make a phone call to another party at one point as Edward wasn't doing this. I managed to resolve the issue that same day by making that one phone call whilst Edward had

I recently bought and sold my property through Kerseys Solicitors. Brian was my solicitor, he is very professional and straightforward. My buyer solicitor asked many questions and requested to provide some documents like a FENSA certificate which I have not heard before and I did not have these documents but Brian replied and managed on behalf of myself. He also collected many important documents and information from my buyer which I have not asked. We were really pleased. I would recommend using Kersey Solicitors. They deserve 5 Star
