Self-catering cottages

Our luxury self-catering cottages sleep up to 6 persons, offering fully equipped kitchens, Nespresso coffee machines, and linen/towel provision. These family-friendly units feature modern amenities while blending with the Lake District's natural charm. Guests can choose from layouts sleeping 4 to 6 people.

Self-catering apartments

Premier apartments sleeping up to 6 persons provide spacious living areas and modern kitchen facilities. Located within landscaped grounds, these units combine comfort with easy access to Lake Windermere's attractions and Bowness village amenities.

Short break rentals

Flexible short-term bookings are available outside peak seasons. These stays offer weekend getaways or mid-week holidays with the same luxury amenities as standard weekly rentals, subject to availability.

Exchange guest accommodation

We accommodate RCI, Dial an Exchange, and Hapimag members through our exchange rental program. Guests receive pre-arrival information and tailored support to ensure a seamless holiday experience in our Lake District resort.

Pet-friendly units

Selected units allow guests to bring their dogs, with a surcharge of 50 per stay. Previous booking notification is required to ensure availability and proper preparation of pet-friendly accommodations.

All units include Nespresso coffee machines, bed linen, towels, and kitchen starter packs with coffee, tea, and cleaning supplies.

Are pets allowed on the premises?

Yes, we offer pet-friendly accommodation with a surcharge of £50 for up to 2 dogs per stay.

What are check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is guaranteed from 5:00 PM (access possible from 4:00 PM if available); check-out is required by 10:00 AM.

Is electricity usage included in the rent?

No, electricity costs are calculated and billed separately upon departure based on actual consumption.

Can guests request late check-outs?

Late check-outs may be available upon request but would incur an additional fee determined at the time of request.

What support exists for guests with mobility needs?

Please inform us in advance about accessibility requirements, as many units have internal and external stairways.

Staff very pleasant and helpful. Lovely surroundings. But shrubbrey should be better attended to.
Shabby furnishings needed replaced and updated .
Sofa bed very uncomfortable
Has a large dip in the middle. The metal frame protrudes into your back when lying on it . Although I did enjoy my stay. And hopefully these things will be addressed before my next visited.
