Fantastic stay, what a gem of a guest house, very clean and tidy and so peaceful perfect for a relaxing break away. Great location only 10 mins steady walk from Bowness. On to the guest house what can I say just perfect room so clean and such a comfy bed everything you could need in your room. Breakfast perfect in every way and a deffo plus pleanty of choice and nothing is to much trouble. Paul & Jane are fantastic hosts what a pleasure to be in your company thankyou so much for a very relaxing break away and both Wend and myself cant wait to be back in February, look forward to seeing you soon

I put a review on previously but didnt include everything I wanted to. This is an amazing place.Great location 15 minute walk to Bowness & Windermere. The hosts Jane & Paul were lovely. The room was very nice, bed was comfortable, very clean. We had a great time. Would definitely recommend it.

Paul and Jane were so lovely and helpful. They gave us ideas on where to go and what to do. They were so helpful on keeping me safe due to suffering with allergies and made sure that I was catered for without missing out. The room was lovey and clean with a lovely view out onto the hills (stayed in Kentmere where room and bathroom are separate but no bother to us).
Bowness only a 12 minute walk to restaurants or Windermere is about 10 so not far at all. Will definitely be returning.

Had a lovely stay with Jane and Paul... had the best waffle with berries for breakfast well situated on a quite road and perfectly located.. comfy beds and cosy rooms

Jayne & Paul are excellent hosts. Breakfast is amazing nothing is too much trouble. We wouldn't stay anywhere else. They are happy to pass on their area knowledge and the best place s to visit & eat. Absolutely love this guest house.
