Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness
We recruited via ERG and unfortunately the developer left during the first few weeks. They were unable to supply a replacement and they refused to communicate once a refund, as per our contract, was requested. Suggest all employers look to other more professional and trustworthy firms when recruiting.
