When you operate or trade as a contractor in the UK with Real Staffing, you can arrange to contract with us in two different ways. You can enter into an agreement with either an Umbrella Company or you can choose to set yourself up as a UK Limited Company, as long as you are listed as a Director of the company and are in sole financial control of the company.

The worst staffing company ever. Their client was pretty bad too and did not comply with the contract description and agreement I work remote 100%. Real staffing offered me job and 3 months later they wanted me to start. Then once I came on board it took them 4 weeks to give me 1 weeks check and 4 weeks for the next. When I told them I would sue. They improved but only for 4 months then it started up again. I decided to end my contract 2 weeks early since they started paying me late again 6 weeks before my contract was going to end. They do no follow up after you start and do not advocate for you

This company is based in the UK,which explains the disfunctionality in all phases of recruiters, payroll which by the way is horrible.. Lucky if you get your check or direct deposit ...Paid twice monthly and always had a problem with errors on check and it coming late.. Please stay away from this place and I think Yelp is getting a sweet deal from them

Real Staffing still sucks. This is my second review. Two years passed and nothing changed. Christie Collins contacted me for a very uninteresting contract doing something that is completely unrelated with what I do or what I can do. Obviously, she never bothered to read my resume. Needless to say, it was another one of those emails I receive from incompetent and unprofessional recruiters that quickly made it to the trash folder.

Surprised to see all the terrible reviews below- I had a phenomenal experience with two recruiters here and through them landed what was basically my dream job at a fantastic company.
My recruiters Serena and James were great to work with. They were communicative, targeted me to a position that would be a stretch but not completely impossible, helped make sure I was prepared and had good background on the company, knew the role and what they were looking for. They were friendly and knowledgeable, professional and rapid turnaround.

I initially worked with a recruiter here to get a position at a company in which I was highly interested. The recruiter contacted me and said that the opportunity paid X amount to start. After interviewing and being told that they loved me, I was told that the salary was $30K lower than what the recruiter had told me - it really felt like a bait and switch.

For serious job seekers, do not become a victim of Real Staffing. They tell you all through the interview process that you are the number one candidate, and after you complete the interview process (mine included travel and 2 days of interviews), ask for you to send your references and then I never hear from them again. So unprofessional, they are more like car salesmen.

If I could get this "recruiting" company minus 5 stars, I would. They don't deserve 1 (positive) star, but alas, that is the only possible minimum I could give them. Note to Yelp: consider instituting negative-stars-review option as come companies/organizations deserve them. This, certainly applies to Real Staffing! This is the WORST staffing organization - not just in the Bay Area, in every area. They will send you out an email and if you respond, they will never acknowledge you. Once they sent me out on an interview for a contract position for a large company. It was a revolving door interview, I saw the last interviewer leave and when my last minute was up and I was walked out, the next interviewer was waiting in the lobby. Very unprofessional. Real Staffing never even called me back to follow up with any information or feedback about my interview!
