Unfortunately my experience with Kintec was very poor and will be the last experience I have with them. I contacted a Kintec recruiter to advise them that I was a preferred candidate for one of their roles as I had been contacted directly by the job holder. I applied for the position through the recruiter as I was advised too and waited. The following week after the role had already closed I directly contacted the job holder to see if they had received my application, however to my surprise I found out that my application had not been received. I immediately contacted the recruiter and was told

An absolute sham. Eager to contact you, pressure you to respond in 24 hours. Then go cold and do not respond to your emails. In my opinion, I cannot recommend. I would advise you to steer well and truly clear of this firm.

Shocking cold calling and then absolutely no interest in engaging and finding out if the role is suitable, after wasting my time. Clearly only interested in churning out a 'finders fee' for however they are recruiting for. No desire to actually treat the people respectfully. Just a database of names to use for their self-interest. Avoid like the plague!
