I came to this practice as a friend's recommended them to me. I honestly had an unpleasant experience. Everytime I've booked in for an appointment I had to wait anywhere between 20 minutes to an hour. They also rescheduled multiple appointments hours before I was due in. The dentist herself felt very rushed and didn't give much aftercare advice post procedure. On the up side the young nurse that was assisting her was very caring and helpful. I'm disappointed as I was really hoping to have a positive experience the way my friend did.

They are NOT taking NHS patients as I'm living 2 mins away from them. I paid a 1600 NHS fee to register with NHS and they wanted me to get treatment as a private patient.

I wasn't happy with the service today. The dentist was rude, racially and verbally abusive to me and harsh with my daughter. She couldn't check my daughter because she couldn't persuade my daughter gently to open her mouth to observe the affected tooth. I was meant to be seen at 11:20hr but was seen at 11:50hr. The Dentist should learn to be more caring, avoid descriminating, racially and verbally abusive to her patients. i felt really sad all day as I believe that she could have shown more caring towards me and my daughter, and desist from being harsh, racially and verbally abusive to her patients

Was given an appointment time yet made to wait over an hour to be seen. Completely useless receptionist moonlighting as a nurse told me my appointment would be delayed by 15 minutes but then left me in the waiting room for an hour without once bothering to communicate the extended delay. The dentist is not much better either, previously she made a mess of a routine tooth extraction leaving me in agony and needing to see a specialist. Avoid this place at all costs

Extremely professional and flawless technical skills. Dentist Lady is calm and friendly, which inspires confidence, helps you lose the nerves and just get on with it. I need to mention, Sarah organised my appointment. She was extremly helpful! I recommend!

I called to see if you take new patients and the lady said You just called now ! You just called now about a clean! It was the first time I was calling but definitely not calling again!
