I visited Smile Welling for the first time this week and I must say what a lovely dental practice. The staff were all very friendly, informative and professional from the receptionists to the dental nurse. Like most people I wasn't really looking forward to my visit but they all made me feel very comfortable .

Would not do a a scale and polish when asked and was rude and told me to book for a clean up for 40. Very unprofessional and will not be coming back I always get a a scale and polish in my prevous Dentist!

Had a chat with the Pratice. The person I saw at the time had left and the pratice is under new management. I will return for a new appointment and take it from there.

My wife (who isn't a native English speaker) had toothache was it was important to find a local dentist who would take on new NHS patients. From the initial telephone enquiry to the check up appointment the service has been first rate. The clinic is modern ,well appointed and obviously well run with the appointment being on time.
Mr. Shadi Abou-Deeb was kind, understanding and most helpful at putting her at ease. His advice and prognosis were just what she needed without any pushy up-sell that is so common these days. I have no hesitating in recommending this wonderful local practice and just

I arrived at Smile Welling many years ago as a very anxious patient. I was introduced to Mrs Sood and ten years plus later I'm am still
with Smile Welling but more importantly , still seeing Mrs Sood. Over time , Mrs Sood put me at ease to the point where I have
no anxiety about any visit to the dentist ; be it for for fillings , crowns or
even root canal work. If you are at all nervous about visiting the dentist I would 100% recommend asking for Mrs Sood.

Been attending this practice for years and continue to go there despite no longer working nearby. Always had the best of care. I see Mr Abou Deeb who looks after my routine dental health, having also carried out some cosmetic whitening a few years back. I can now manage upkeep of the latter at home, having custom made trays. Ever the consummate professional, always willing to take time be it a routine or emergency, can highly recommend. I also see both hygienists who provide an excellent service. The nursing and reception staff also deserve a mention as they are key in making the service run efficiently

Been using Smile Welling for over over 48 years and have always been happy, except for a couple of minor problems. Seen many changes of Staff but wouldn't change practice unless travelling became a problem. Keep up the good work and congratulations to Mr Abou Deeb on becoming Practice Head.
