The receptionists at this practice treated me with blatant disdain and disrespect. I was approached at the door as if I was a criminal and asked if I would like to wait outside. In the middle of December at 5 degrees Celsius. After asking if I was allowed to wait inside I was reluctantly let into the building. Then I was made to wait an extra 25 minutes past my appointment time with no explanation whatsoever. There is a glaring disparity in the treatment of customers. Whilst I was being treated like a hazard, other customers waltz in and out of the building maskless with not so much as an eyelid

Belmont dental practice is an excellent practice. Rumit Desai is a fantastic dentist and Lois a super hygienist. Both are very thorough and professional and always make you feel at ease and comfortable. The practice is excellent value for money and I would recommend to others.

Anna Ginty is simply amazing. Never felt so comfortable, nicely looked after like this by anyone before. It feels like to be with a friend timore than having an hygienist cleaning your teeth. Always looking for the time that comes for my next appointment!!! I must admit also that when I met the dentist, I felt straight away relaxed. Since then I had very low expectation of dental practitioner. She has been so caring and friendly with me. Explained everything in details and with a positive manner, which made me feel great. Until then I had bad experiences, one after another one.

Ross and pooja were amazing today, I am petrified of dentists and avoid unless absolutely have to, I had an abscess and actually let Ross remove my tooth when previously I had to be put to sleep for any dental work, and I must admit it really was not as bad as expected Ross was so reassuring and patient with me despite the tears and panic, and pooja even held my hand the whole time, they made me feel so comfortable and at ease as much as I could be.I will definitely return and cant thank them both enough.
