Very happy with the customer service received from both salespersons. It was a pleasant visit which make me open trade account with them. Well done!

Report
Very disappointing experience. We were getting quotes for a complete revamp of our shower room - shower , toilet and basin - and have a sizeable budget to spend on the right kit. Phoned Active, made an appointment for a home visit, and the guy came out [late] and measured up. Since then.....nothing! Even after phoning them and being promised we would get a call back from the sales guy, nothing again. Very poor service, and would not recommend Active PS, to anybody. We have now arranged to have the work carried out by company that have so far shown great customer service.
