I have been trying to replace my house 4 drain covers and of course visiting the usual shops and trade counters got me know where. So a bit of internet research finds drain depot . Booked tracked delivered and a follow up text update. Simple quick easy and efficient. Wish I knew this sometime ago. Now I know they have a range of other products. I ordered a twin walled drainage pipe to be delivered by a specific day through Ruari at Drain Depot. However, on the day I called for an update and was told that our product had accidently been missed off the courier's load. Drain Depot took responsibility and owned up to their mistake and worked to find a solution. They knew we had labourers and materials all arriving that would now go to waste if we couldn't get the drainage pipe on time. They were proactive in finding a solution and had a next day courier deliver the product on time and totally saved our bacon! Thank you Ruari!

We needed some kit delivered to an un-manned site that also have some tough CV19 restrictions so sent them an email about this and got a phone call back within 30 mins. They explained what they could do and how it would work with the delivery company and all went great

We came across Drainage depot online by luck and found Garry in sales veryknowledgeable. Had all items we needed. placed two orders through him for a wide range of items for two large jobs. We will be using a lot more going forward.
