I had a block sewer and even though they could of charged me they advised me that wessex water would do the job for free because of circumstances they could of just took my money and done the job but we're honest and offered me a alternative solotution

I spoke to Pandora who was extremely helpful and patient in explaining costs and also took time in understanding what the problem actually was. Friendly and professional team, shout out to Glen Houston, very hard working and professional chap, good to have on board. Definitely recommend Alpha Rod, got their number out of Dentons directory.
Alpha Rod definitely got me out of a jam. Word to the wise, if you put expanding foam down holes next to a drain, absolutely make sure you've not got a hole in your drain beforehand.
