Yoga is one of the best ways to lose weight and develop muscle tone, and is unmatched as a means of improving body health and well being. Our style of Dynamic Yoga is cardiovascular - using body fat as fuel. Classes are held in our heated yoga studio to help muscles, ligaments and joints to open without injury, and promote sweating to flush toxins from the body.

Dynamic Hot Yoga
Report
Dynamic Hot Yoga is an energetic form of Hatha Yoga based on powerful deep breathing and heat. The studio is heated to around 98°F (slightly lower than the recommended Bikram Yoga temperature); our classes combine classical yoga and the science of sport with the additional benefit of safely burning calories.
Ashtanga Yoga
Report
Ashtanga yoga was developed by the late Pattabhi Jois in 1948 and it involves a set sequence of poses that a practitioner follows in the exact same order every time. Ashtanga is the foundation of our Dynamic Hot Yoga Series and these classes will deepen your practice. An Ashtanga class always starts out with 10 Sun Salutations to warm you up, and once you hit the seated postures, you're doing Vinyasas (mini Sun Salutations) between each posture.
