Classic fritter made from sliced onions, fresh spinach and green chilli, seasoned with fennel seeds, cumin, ginger and garlic. Served with mango chutney. Trio of chicken breast pieces in three distinct flavours of basil, star anise and cardamom and Kashmiri chilli and fenugreek leaves cooked to perfection in Tandoor.
