Enroute to our hotel after visiting Alton Towers I was craving traditional Bangladeshi style restaurant food. It's been a while since I've had Bangladeshi style Indian food, there's mainly Turkish and Pakistani… food where we live in London. Bangladeshi owned restaurants in London are more fusion foods now, and the culinary style served 20 years ago to which I am accustomed (as the son of a restaurant owner and chef) is hard to come by. 'The Balti International Derby' was everything I was looking for. The food, ambience and customer service was all amazing, and the cost much cheaper than
