We found our dream house through Fells Estate agents, and there was a small chain which is always a little stressful. However Todd was excellent. Kept us up to date and provided sound advice when needed. On moving day we met Todd for the keys and we were given a lovely hamper and the whole process was great. Excellent estate agents and will use when we come to sell.

We bought a warden assisted property through Fells for an elderly relative. The transaction wasnt easy as the solicitors were slow but if it hadnt been for Todd and his hard work to keep the sale moving, I think we would still be waiting. He kept us informed throughout and was very professional. Thank you for the house warming gift, it was a really lovely touch.

After having issues with the first agents who tried to sell our property we moved to Fells and it was the best decision we made! When we had issues later on with the chain we were in, Todd always answered the phone and was always chasing everyone else! He worked incredibly hard to ensure our sale went through and we would highly recommend Fells to anyone looking to move.

NICE GARDEN(S). NICE AREA. SHORT DISTANCE TO AMENITIES. When you ask for a BUNGALOW you don't expect marketing literature to come through letterbox on flats, houses and properties with no double garage or a single !! That's what we were sent by MOST Estate Agents. They were certainly not listening. My husband Martin & I were living in Colehill, Wimborne at the time having sold in April and were looking for a
