Having used Simon Colligan previously, both buying and selling property, when placing our mother's house on the market in early August of this year, we immediately chose Simon Colligan. The whole procedure of the sale took less than 3 months, and within a day of the house being advertised (a first class brochure being produced by Simon Colligan together with online details), we had 6 viewings with several offers, one of which was for the full asking price with no chain. Completion took place on 1 November 2021.

Colligan in my opinion are the best estate agents in amesbury. They are helpful, knowledgeable and trustworthy. They really helped us with the sale of our property and there advice is priceless. I would highly recommend them to everyone.
