Report
Graeme has been here forever! He first started working in Bexley High Street in 1972, when his family took over running the health food shop and now he runs one of the bigger UK osteopathy clinics. As a practice we are proud of the history we have in Bexley. He started training at the British School of Osteopathy in 1983 and qualified as an osteopath in 1987.
Osteopathy for Adults
Report
Osteopathic care is based on the individual needs of the patient and so varies depending on your age, fitness levels and diagnosis. Osteopaths use a wide range of gentle hands-on techniques that focus on releasing tension, stretching muscles and improving mobility.
This is often used together with exercise and helpful advice designed to relieve pain and aid you in your recovery, allowing you to return to work and normal activity as soon as possible.Your osteopath can provide you with a sick note if you do need to take time off from work. You do not need to consult your GP before you visit an osteopath, although you may wish to do so.

Osteopathy for All
Report
Osteopathy is a system of assessing, diagnosing, treating and preventing a wide range of health problems. Osteopaths are commonly known for treating back pain and postural problems including changes due to pregnancy, muscle or joint problems caused by driving or work strain, the pain of arthritis and minor sports injuries.
Osteopathy for Children
Report
Parents visit osteopaths for many reasons to support their child's health. Children, like adults, can be affected by general joint and muscle issues, which is one of those reasons people visit an osteopath. As osteopathic care is based on the individual needs of the patient, it will vary depending on your child's age and the diagnosis.
Osteopathy for Mums to be
Report
Low back pain and pelvic pain are common in pregnancy. Figures showing complaints by pregnant women vary from as low as 25% in one study compared to as high as 80% in another. Obviously we don't treat the actual pregnancy, but we make proper allowance for it - just because you are pregnant, it doesn't mean that you can't have a stiff neck, tennis elbow or a painful knee.
