**BEWARE** I rented for just under two years with Renown and would never ever use them again. They always seem helpful on the phone if you need help or have queries but they NEVER follow anything up in writing so that they can suddenly forget or change what they've said at any moment - normally to charge you lots of additional fees. Totally unprofessional company, led by Paul who is just horrid to deal with. Avoid if you can!

I was very Impressed from the first phone call, as no quicker I had explained that I needed to sell my property that the agent came round the very next day. Renown first went through our needs, so as i guess to thoroughly understand what we required from them, then they took a series of excellent photos of our property, and put them on their website along other with other sites to sell our property. Even though we are outside the Cramlington area, I was surprised at the immediate response of potential buyers for our property, and had people view the very next day. We were able to sell our 3 bed
